We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched we aim to have it delivered within 4 working days. Make sure to check out our shipping policy.

Restricted Access currently ships only within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We cover all taxes and duties for every order. There will be no additional costs.

You can find a size guide under each product. We would recommend to compare the measurments with clothing you already own and size in accordance to our size guides, and size up for a more oversize fit.

You have 14 days to return your product(s) for a refund, beginning from when your delivery has been recieved. If you are eligible for a return please send us an email at support@restriced-access.com. Make sure to check out our refund and return policy.
