Return and Refund Policy 

Returns
You have 14 days to return your product(s) for a refund, beginning from when your delivery has been recieved. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you recieved it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To process your return, we require the order number and email address used at the time of purchase, as well as the reason for your return. Please send this information to support@restricted-access.com. 

We understand that sometimes clothing doesn't fit as expected, and you may wish to return it. To avoid unnecessary returns you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Sizing guide

To minimize the need for returns and ensure you get the product that fits you best, we strongly recommend checking the sizing chart available on each product page before making your purchase. We provide detailed measurements and recommendations to help you find the right size.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
We aim to process all returns within 14 days. We will then send you an email to confirm the outcome of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the 14 days. If your return has been rejected we will send the item back to you. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been processed please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be credited back to your original payment method. If it has been longer than 5 working days please contact your credit card company. If there are any further problems, please contact us at support@restricted-access.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges. If you need to switch to an another size, please contact us at support@restricted-access.com.
